If you feel that your rental agreement may contain abusive conditions, you can go to your nearest citizen council. If a housing company or housing authority assigns you a dwelling, you are asked to sign a rental agreement before moving in. The agreement explains what landlords and tenants agree on when the lease exists. You can apply for the lease if, on the day of your death, you have lived with the tenant in the main dwelling for at least 12 months. Both of these methods can be dangerous.
